We are hunkered down for
DC's Snowpocalypse! We have received 22 inches since yesterday. Like everyone else in town we prepared by making a run to the grocery store (twice). After going to 4 stores, I finally found a grocery store that had a parking space. I got the last bag of tortilla chips (you know you have to have the essentials at a time like this) by climbing the shelves. Desperate times call for desperate measures, especially on Super Bowl weekend. I never understood the east coast fuss about snow until I learned that Virginia's principal means of removing snow is the sun. No joke. We still have power and snacks.
